Messaging Consent

PETCH messages are sent only to pet owners whose veterinarians have obtained their explicit consent to receive SMS communications related to their pet’s care.

Before enrolling a pet owner in PETCH messaging, veterinarians inform them that:

• Consent to receive messages is optional and not required to receive veterinary care.
• Message and data rates may apply, depending on the pet owner’s mobile carrier.
• Pet owners may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
